Payment plans for past due balances and keeping your service

If you did not pay your TPU bill during the pandemic and had an unpaid amount before March 1, 2022, you are now on an automatic interest-free, 24-month installment plans. You must pay your new bill amounts and your installment amount to prevent your power and/or water from getting turned off.

Our goal is to help all our customers keep their power and water and connect them with payment help. Submit the form below to see if you are eligible for payment assistance. Once the assessment is complete, a Customer Services care specialist will contact you to discuss your options.
