TPU’s 2026-2030 Strategic Plan includes our mission, vision, and values. This plan charts a clear direction for TPU, guiding the work of Tacoma Power, Tacoma Water, Tacoma Rail, Management Services, and Customer Experience and External Affairs. Focusing on three major objectives and guiding principals from the Public Utility Board, TPU’s leadership team selects initiatives that aim to help us achieve these commitments.
