How to Read Your Bill

We heard you! You told us our utility bill is hard to read, and just as hard to understand. So we are redesigning it and will launch the new look at the end of August.

We made the new bill easier to read, so you'll know what services you're paying for and how much you're paying for them.

The Front of the New Bill


The front of the new bill includes a quick overview of your utility charges and payments.

Features include:

  • The average cost per day for each service.

  • Icons for each utility service, with a summary of charges.

  • The number of days in the billing cycle.

The Back of the New Bill


The back of the new bill includes more specific information about your utility use and charges. 

Features Include:
 
  • Clearly labeled charges and fees. 
     
  • Graphs that show your historical power and water use.
     
  • An explanation of taxes for each service.
