NOTICE: Our Customer Services’ lobby and phone services will be unavailable on Wednesday, Sept 16, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. If you need to report a downed line or power outage during this time, call 253-502-8602.
The Federal Way Safeway has recently closed, so the Pay Box at that location is no longer available.
Please note: We have regular maintenance windows Thursdays from 8:30 p.m. to midnight and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to midnight. When planned maintenance is needed on our systems, we use these standard timeframes, during which MyAccount, Pay Boxes, and the IVR are unavailable to process payments. The IVR also may receive routine maintenance some Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 6 to 8 a.m. While this doesn’t happen every week, you may choose to adjust your payment plans accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Online, one-time, same-day bank account payments unavailable
We are in the process of changing vendors for processing online, one-time, same-day utility bill payments made via bank accounts. During this process, you cannot make one-time, same-day utility bill payments online using a bank account. You can still make a payment using a credit or debit card, enroll in AutoPay, or by using one of our other ways to pay. This update will improve payment processes and ensure continued reliable payment and billing.
If you received a disconnection notice, a credit or debit card payment will post to your account immediately, preventing a service interruption. You can also make a payment over the phone by calling Customer Services at 253-502-8600, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
