Updating your mailing and email addresses and phone numbers help us provide you faster payment and billing services, planned and unplanned outage information, refunds and deposits, and notify you about new products and services.
Three ways to update your info:
- Log into MyAccount and select “Profile”
- Call Customer Service at 253-502-8600
- Stop by our lobby at 3628 S. 35th St., Tacoma 98409
- Usage data available for customers with advanced meters
If you have received your advanced meter upgrade, you can now access detailed usage data within MyAccount. Look for the “View data” link below the “Usage Graph” label on your MyAccount dashboard. The longer you have your advanced meter, the more usage data will be available to view in your account. You can track your usage monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, and more! - Upgrades to MyAccount coming in early 2022
In early 2022, MyAccount will have a new look and enhanced features that make managing your utility bills and accessing your data easier than ever. The updated modern design will provide a friendly experience and easy access on a desktop computer or mobile device. Once you receive your advanced meter upgrade, you will be able to view your weekly, daily, or hourly energy and/or water use data and add data overlays such as the outside temperature.
Your payment and billing information will be as secure as ever. You will be able to sign up for custom email and text message notifications to stay informed of important dates and service details. We will add more information about the upgrade timing here over the coming months.
