Take a day to play at Mayfield Lake Park or stay all night. Park features include a swimming beach, boat launch, playground, horseshoe pits and a volleyball court.
Enjoy lunch by the lake at one of our many picnic tables. You can also fish year-round for trout, bass and coho salmon.
Nearby tree harvest
If you are a returning visitor, you'll notice that there was a tree harvest next to Mayfield Lake Park. The trees were on private land that is not a part of the park. Please help us by staing on park property during your visit.

Reserve individual sites online or call (888) CAMPOUT (226-7688).
Individual sites are open for reservations between May 15 and Sept. 15. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis the rest of the year.
We also offer reservations for the primitive group camp and kitchen shelter.

Directions
From Tacoma, take I-5 south to Highway 12 East (Exit 68). Drive east on Highway 12 for about 17 miles. Turn left on Beach Road and drive a quarter of a mile to the park entrance.
An alternate route from Tacoma is to take Highway 7 south to Morton. At Morton, turn right onto Highway 12. Continue on Highway 12 to Beach Road, about 14 miles. Turn right and continue on Beach Road to the park entrance.
