Past due balances prior to March 1, 2022, are now on automatic installment plans. You must stay current on your new bill amounts and on your installments to prevent a disruption in your service. As of August 1, 2022, we are no longer accepting new assessment forms. Forms received prior to August 1, 2022 are being reviewed for agency referrals. For additional assistance, contact 211.

Automatic Installment Plans

TPU resumed the disconnect process after March 31, 2022. At that time, all past due balances prior to March 1, 2022, were automatically placed on 24-month, interest-free, installment plans. You must stay current on your installments and new balances to prevent disconnection.

Lobby Appointments

Our lobby is open for appointments. You can schedule an appointment using our new online scheduling tool up to seven days in advance or request a time using our on-site kiosk. Scheduling in advance reduces wait time and limits the number of guests in our lobby.
