Online, one-time, same-day bank account payments unavailable

We are in the process of changing vendors for processing online, one-time, same-day utility bill payments made via bank accounts. During this process, making an online, one-time, same-day utility bill payment using a bank account will be unavailable. You can still make a payment using a credit or debit card, enroll in AutoPay, or by using one of our several other ways to pay. This update will improve payment processes and ensure continued reliable payment and billing.

If you have received a disconnection notice, consider making a credit or debit card payment, as that payment type posts to your account immediately and prevents an interruption of service. You can also make a payment over the phone by talking to a Customer Service Representative. Call 253-502-8600, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Why can I no longer make an online, one-time same-day bank account payment?
