Tacoma Water sponsors workshops and classes throughout the year to help our customers learn more about their water use and ways to conserve. Classes are added regularly, so check back soon. Check out our calendar for our water-smart classes.

HOST A NATURAL YARD CARE GARDEN PARTY

Host a natural yard care garden party in your back yard this summer and we will give you a hand. Instructors will bring resource materials and provide you with one and a half hours of instruction. Choose from topics like natural lawn care, basic soils management, “Right Plant, Right Place” garden design, and watering. Call the Natural Yard Care Program at (253) 798-4587 for more information.

Workshops at the EnviroHouse

We are also partnering to offer workshops at the EnviroHouse from April through October. Topics include residential irrigation, landscaping, a plant tour, composting, kids classes, and much more.
