- Conduct water audits of facilities. Discuss findings.
- Assign an employee to determine and monitor the quantity and purpose of water use and to identify waste.
- Set attainable goals to reduce water use.
- Post information about steps taken toward water-efficiency and list replacements of fixtures and devices.
- Offer incentives to employees whose water-saving suggestions also save your company money.
- Track and report progress. Read water meters weekly to monitor conservation success and let employees know how they're doing.
