Report a water problem

For information about leaks, outages or low water pressure, you can call (253) 502-8384 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours, please call (253) 502-8344. You can always report the problem online.

Please report missing water meter lids and suspected theft or vandalism of our property to Tacoma Water at (253) 502-8344 (24 hours a day). Provide a car license number and description of the vehicle and people involved, if possible. We will replace missing lids right away.
