Heating and cooling expenses can be one of a business’s most significant costs. Today’s energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment uses as much as 40 percent less energy than older models. Tacoma Power can help you in the short-term with a rebate toward the cost of new electric heating and cooling equipment. In turn, that new equipment will work for you in the long term by reducing your energy consumption and electric bills.
When you purchase and install qualifying heat pump or air conditioning equipment in the Tacoma Power service area, you may be eligible for rebates of up to $70 per ton for heat pumps and $95 a ton for air conditioning equipment.
