Bid forms
You may fill in bid forms online, then print them by clicking "print completed form" in the bottom right corner. (You must have Adobe Acrobat software to save the forms with the information you've entered.)
Manufactured home insulation bid form (this form cannot be filled out electronically)
Ask the homeowner to sign the forms and mail them, along with the weatherization application and grant application (if applicable), to:

Weatherization application and grant application
We ask that homeowners complete the weatherization application and/or grant application, but contractors may be interested in looking through them, along with the qualifying information and program options.
E-mail your billing documents to us
You can now e-mail your billing documents to us at rconservation@cityoftacoma.org. Those documents are:
- Invoices
- Certificates on insulation
- Open balance statements
- Billing-related documents that you would normally fax
