Here's how you do it: Call 1-877-577-0510 or visit www.jacoinc.net to schedule the free haul away of that fridge or freezer. Don't forget to request your free home energy kit. You'll get two compact fluorescent lights, an energy- and water-saving showerhead, and a kitchen faucet aerator.

Old refrigerators and freezers use up to four times more energy than new Energy Star-qualified models. Unplugging that second fridge or freezer in your basement or garage can save you up to $60 in annual energy costs.

And, letting us take it away makes good environmental sense - 95 percent of the unit will be recycled.
