The TV viewing experience is dramatically changing as more customers watch their favorite programs at their convenience through one of the fastest growing cable TV trends in America—video-on-demand. Click! Cable TV offers another free hands-on workshop that will teach participants how to use video-on-demand.

The workshop, “Cable 101: Even More Ins and Outs of Video-on-Demand,” will be held June 23 at 3 and 7 p.m. in the ground floor Auditorium at Tacoma Public Utilities located at 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma. Reservations required.

“There are thousands of hours of free programs available to most cable customers. Unfortunately some people don’t know how to find them,” said Click! Network Marketing and Business Operations Manager Mitch Robinson. “During the workshop we’ll walk people through the simple steps necessary to use video-on-demand and then we’ll let them try it. Everyone who attends will leave knowing how to navigate our service.”

A few clicks on a Click! Cable TV remote provide access to hours of free programs 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. Click! Cable TV offers kids’ favorites from “PBS Kids Sprout” and “Cartoon Network,” popular program from “Lifetime,” “CNN,” “The Food Network,” “National Geographic,” “The Speed Channel” and “The History Channel.” Many local programs can only be found on Click! Cable TV, like The Grand Cinema’s film festival entries, Tacoma School of the Arts student productions, Tacoma Farmers Market shorts on selecting healthy food options and others.

Seating for the free workshops is limited; register early by calling (253)502-8900. For more information about Click! Cable TV and Click! Network visit www.clickcabletv.com or call (253) 502-8900.
