Tacoma Power has restored service to all but about 8,000 customers after a blown fuse knocked power out to approximately 25,000 homes earlier this evening. Crews will continue to work until everyone has service again. Estimated restoration time is about an hour.
Tacoma Power customers without power should call (253) 502-8602 to report outages.
