To start or stop your utility services, please call Customer Services at (253) 502-8600 at least one business day in advance.

When you start a new service, a service establishment fee of up to $17 - based on which utility services are requested - will be added to your first bill. There is no charge for stopping service.

If your service has been disconnected because of non-payment, the reconnection fees will be:

Reconnection Fees

  • Field collection call: all services $10
  • Credit reconnection fee (day):  Power $12 | Water $12
  • Credit reconnection fee (after hours)*:  Power $60 | Water $60
  • Credit reconnection fee at the pole (day): Power $40
  • Credit reconnection fee at the pole (after hours)*: Power $65
  • Credit reconnection fee underground (day only): Power $75
*After hours charges apply if the payment is received after 4 p.m. that day and you want service reconnected that same day, the charge is $60. You have the option of having your service reconnected the next day at the day rate.
