Are you considering a new heat pump? A high-efficiency heat pump can cut your heating and cooling costs and provide year-round comfort. Tacoma Power customers who have a qualified high-efficiency heat pump system installed by a participating contractor are also eligible for a $400 rebate.

$400 heat pump rebate
You are eligible for a $400 rebate on your new heat pump system if:

• You are a Tacoma Power customer
• Your new heat pump system has a Heating System Performance Factor of 8.5 and a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio of 14
• Your newly installed heat pump system meets minimum Performance Tested Comfort Standards (PTCS) for equipment and ducting and is verified by a trained and certified PTCS contractor.

While other contractors can install your new heat pump, the contractors listed here are familiar with the Tacoma Power Program and will ensure that you will receive your rebate. Other contractors may not accurately install or test your new system to make sure it meets the programs high goals for quality and performance.
