Mail payments by check or money order in the return envelope provided in your bill.
By phone
Pay by Visa or Mastercard by calling (253) 502-8608. Have the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number handy.
Pay Box
Use cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard at one of 12 Pay Box locations.
In person
Stop by the TPU Administration Building located at 3628 S. 35th St. in Tacoma and pay by cash, check, credit card or money order from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
