Community Connection is often given high praise for the work it does around the community, but rarely do we take a step back and look at our most valuable program resource - our employees. Erika Tucci is Tacoma Public Utilities’ Social Responsibility Program Manager. She coordinates the Community Connection employee volunteer program and United Way campaign at TPU. Using her depth of nonprofit work experience and gregarious personality, Erika helps Tacoma Public Utilities be a leader in social responsibility here in the Puget Sound.
